Packing Galas 2011

Our apple line is seeing a lot of action. This year our apple harvest survived the spring frosts better than the peaches did.

We kept the sheep in the apples and makeshift cover while we worked on the lambing shed.

They continued to graze until January, we also fed them hay. We moved them to the lambing shed when it was completed, and fed them hay (ours became too moldy from fall rains) grown by our neighbors.
